Invoices

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and EXCLUSIVE of V.A.T. Invoices will be sent on a monthly basis unless you have elected to pay for certain services yearly. Payment terms on all invoices are 30 days from invoice date. Any queries raised on the invoice must be done within 7 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts will incur interest at Bank of England Base Rate plus 2% per month or part month overdue. Title of Ownership will not pass until full payment is received. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee on all overdue accounts.

All accounts will receive a monthly invoice for items such as e-mail/fax gateways and changes to the site beyond a reasonable number of changes.

Cancellation

One month's notice of cancellation of an account must be give on letterheaded paper. There is no refund for cancellation. This is to cover administration costs of closing the site down. The site will remain open until the end of the invoice period unless specified by you in the written notice. There is no refund available for domain registrations.

Site Removal

If you want to move the site to another provider no charge will be made for moving the domain. A charge may be incurred however for migrating the site content and data, if this is required. This charge is dependent on the amount of work involved and is based on an hourly rate.

Non Payment

Non payment of any invoice will result in the site being closed on the last day of the month following the invoice date.

We reserve the right to replace your site pages with our own holding page and content, should payment not be received within the specified time.

Site Content

We reserve the right to refuse any changes to the site that could be deemed offensive, defamatory, misleading or libellous.

Site Design

The site will be stored online for viewing in a protected area for five days before it goes live. This is to allow for alterations and modifications where necessary. Once this test area is acknowledged to be complete the site will go live once verbal or written confirmation is received. Once live you will be invoiced for the site development work, the initial set up and for the first two months* or one year's* hosting costs.

Changes to Site

All minor changes received will be made within one working day of receipt. Major changes and site redesign may take longer.

Copyright

Copyright and ownership are transferred once full payment has been received. You are not allowed to copy pages from the site and use them elsewhere until all work has been paid for.

Deposit

All work is subject to a deposit which is redeemable against the final invoice. If the total charges are less than the deposit paid then the remaining amount will be offset against your hosting costs. Cancellation of work will result in a refund only if the work undertaken comes to less than the deposit. If work undertaken is in excess of the deposit then an invoice will be sent for any amount outstanding.
